1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Tokyo Tickets website (tokyotickets.store) and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use our services.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be notified on our website. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the modified terms.

Tokyo Tickets provides booking and sales intermediary services for admission tickets to tourist attractions, theme parks, museums, and other facilities in and around Tokyo.

• Tickets are delivered digitally via email
• Some tickets may be subject to additional terms and conditions
• Ticket availability may vary

3. Account Registration

Using our services may require account registration. By registering, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and current information
• Maintain account confidentiality and protect your password
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately upon discovering any unauthorized use
• Be at least 13 years old (parental consent required if under 16)

4.1 Pricing and Currency

• All prices are charged in the currency displayed at checkout (USD, JPY)
• Prices include applicable taxes
• Prices are subject to change without notice, but confirmed orders will not be affected

4.2 Payment Methods

• We accept major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, JCB)
• Selected debit cards may also be accepted
• Payment information is reviewed and processed during checkout
• Orders may be held briefly if additional verification is required

4.3 Payment Authorization

By completing a purchase, you authorize us to charge the provided payment method. If payment is declined, your order will be cancelled.

5.1 Customer Cancellations

• 48+ hours before: Full refund (minus processing fees)
• 24-48 hours before: 50% refund
• Less than 24 hours: No refund
• Some attractions may have special cancellation policies

5.2 Cancellations by Us

We may cancel orders and provide full refunds in the following cases:

• Attraction closure or suspension of operations
• Closure due to weather or safety reasons
• Ticket inventory depletion
• Technical issues preventing ticket issuance

5.3 Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days. The time for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your financial institution.

6. Ticket Terms of Use

• Tickets are valid only for the specified date and time
• Resale of tickets is prohibited
• You may be required to present identification upon entry
• You must comply with each attraction's rules and code of conduct
• Fraudulently used or altered tickets will be invalidated

You agree not to engage in the following activities:

• Providing false information
• Purchasing tickets for resale or commercial purposes
• Unauthorized access to our systems
• Using automated tools or bots
• Infringing copyrights or other intellectual property rights
• Using our services for illegal or harmful activities

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:

• The quality or content of experiences at attractions
• Accidents, injuries, or property loss at attractions
• Changes or closures by attraction operators
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Issues caused by your negligence

Our liability shall in no event exceed the amount you paid for the transaction in question.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on our website (text, images, logos, designs) is the property of Tokyo Tickets or our licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Reproduction, distribution, or use of content without our prior written permission is prohibited.

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court as the court of first instance.

11. Severability

If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

12. Entire Agreement

These Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Tokyo Tickets regarding the use of our services and supersede all prior agreements.
